We are in receipt of your favor of the 8th. Inst., and have also received the blue-prints referred to therein. While these prints give us sufficient information to make the altercation in the pattern and thus complete the magnet, we still lack a general drawing showing how the parts are to be used and placed. It would very materially facilitate matters, so far as we are concered, if you could send us a complete drawing showing two side views and plan. The first drawing received by us showed the frame work which is entirely different from that shown on the prints received from you this morning, and these are somewhat puzzling.
