- Orange feb 21/89####T.A Edison Esq####I am interested in an Electric Light Power Plant at Boonton N.J, where we control a water power of from 10 to 20 thousand horse power at all seasons. We wish to extend our operations & transmit power to Morristown Paterson & Newark if it is feasible?####have you got any means of transmitting our power UNDERGROUND to these places?####The Farante people claim to have a system that will accomplish it but we would [------] hear from you before going further.####I alled today but cannot get an interview please reply by mail and do not care to try again to pierce the CHINESE WALL which seems to surround you.####Answer personally & oblige####yours####J.E Browne 205 Broad St. Elizabeth N.J####P.S This enterprise will be a very large one & the means is at hand (if feasible) J.E.B.
