There has been a leakage somewhere.####Since the accident by which the safety fuses were burnt out we have had no lights in lavatory.####For the last three nights the light has been very irregular, [----] high then low, as if some one were experimenting with the voltage, supposing that your lights were flickering at the same time I have waited [co--ection
