[This is the enclosure from the previous entry, D8934AAB] Mr. [Gatrice] has asked me to write you , and ask that you be kind enough, if it will not inconvenience you, to obtain for the Tunnel Company a letter from Mr. Edison, addressed to our Company, giving his belief in any testimony to the entire feasibility of our plan for electrical transmission &c. We should like very much indeed to have just a letter with permission to use it and print it in a new Propsectus which is now under way-- We shall all greatly appreciate anything you can do for us in this mater, Believe me Very truly yours
