- Dear Sir:-- In accordance with the By-Laws of this Company, I beg leave to notify you that at the first meeting of the Board, held November 12th, a resolution was adopted giing notice of proposed amendment of Sec. 10, Art. 4, of the By-Laws. The section referred to reads as follows:##"Each Trustee, not under salary, shall be entitled to five dollars for punctual attendance at any Board meeting or any Committee thereof."##The next quarterly meeting of the Board will be held at the office of the Company on the 3rd.
