If you will state a time we will make an appointment for Mr. Hannington to come to the office at Harrison and go over the whole matter of the account between us and Mr. Hannington.This is the best place for the meeting as all the papers and accounts are here, and any questions that may arise can be immediately referred to the correspondence and verified.####Yours truly, Edison Lamp Co.###By Francis R. Upton Esq####Edison Lamp Co.####Harrison New Jersey####Dear Sir####Yours of 23rd to hand--On receipt of your ore letter to me, in regard to a settlement of this matter before Jan 1st, I saw Mr. Tate (who gave me the money and made all the ARRANGEMENTS for my FIRST TRIP to S.TE he could not attend to it then, but made an appointment for the following Wednesday at your Office, I was there. But Mr. Tate telephoned that he could not com--but would let me know when he could meet me--since then I hae seen Mr. Tate twice, the last time I gave him, and indorsed, a draft for $122.19 Ssent me by you last Aug. to Buenos Aires--and returned to me a few days ago-- I wish you to understand by this that it is not my falt, that this matter been attended to before this####Yours truly, C.S.
