E]] As the central Station for Milwaukee cannot possibly be in operation before the spring of 1890, there is abundant time for use to install Direct Triple compound Steam Dynamos and at once erect our Central Stations on the most approved plan. It will reduce space and first cost to a minimum, while getting the maximum efficiency of fuel, with the least amount of labor.##If this meets your views I will put the matter through at once and then submit it to you for correction and alteration.I remain, Very truly yours, J.C.
