Editor's Notes
[Delaware House, Port Jervis, N.Y.,] I am about constructing an Electric Railway in this twn. The authorities are desirous that it should be the storage system. To my mind it is not practicable, it is my intention to use the Sprague system.####Will you kindly givve me your opinion as to the unpractiability of the storage systems of the present day. It will aid me very materially. When I called on you some eight months ago, you expressed, that it was a failure, I desire to use your opinion with the Board of Aldermen. Hoping to hear from you at an early date, I remain ## [TAE marg: "Tate= Say the use of storage batteries for st car biz?] has no commensual element in it--Its used by speculators to gull the public owing to its simplicity and capability of affording room for false statements"]
