Title

[D8950AAC], Letter from Ira Mandeville Miller to Thomas Alva Edison, February 5th, 1889

Editor's Notes

I herwith enclose the papers for your subscription to capital stock of the Edison Concentrating Co., as per new arrangement we made in regard to the stock when you were here during the holidays. You remember at that time we decided to fix the capital stock at $15,000.00. You will please sign your name and shares wanted and then forward papers on to E. B. Mallory, Baltimore, Maryland for his signature. I understand from Walter's last letter that things are working nicely at the mines. He hopes to soon make several car load shipments of ore to customers. He promises to give us considerable more business if the concentrate works all right.
