A friend of mine who has mine which produces Bismuth in quantity requested me to make enquiry as to the different uses it can be applied to in case the price could be reduced to ay one half of present quotations Will you kindly inform me if you have occasion to use Bismuth in any quntity in your different enterprises or if not who doe and what the yearly consumption would likely reach, provided the price was reduced say one hundred per cent. <TAE marg: bismuth can neverr come into use at one dollar quotations for 1000 lbs lots can be got in Europe at [$1.25?]>
