- T.A. Edison Esq., Dear Sir: Referring to our argreement with Mr.Lippincott not to bring suit against Messrs. Gilliland and Tomlinson for six months, I beg to say that the time expired on the 5th. Inst., three days ago. So far as Mr. Lippincott is concerned, there is nothing to prevent our commencing suit now. Awaiting your further instructions in this regard, I remain, Very truly yours, S.B.
