- [Letter from German Post Office extracted and translated in the body of U.S. Post Office letter.] German Post Office wants a new phonograph for its museum and had written TAE on Jan. 25 to get one; he referred them to Gouraud but he hasn't procured a phonograph for them so far; TAE, though, has sent phonographs directly to various institutions in Berlin, including the Physico-technical Institution and the Urania; asks U.S. Post Officee to intervene with TAE and encloses catalogue of the museum;
