Title
[D8963ABK], Letter from Tennessee Phonograph Co, W T Ross to Thomas Alva Edison, December 16th, 1889
Editor's Notes
We have received the New Phonograph, and are delighted with it. We hope now, to be able to do some business. ### I have written you twice for a Cylinder of your own dictation, and have been promised it, but it has never come.### You of coursem know that is we possessed one, it would add materially to our business, and I hope you will permit me to urge you to forward it at once.### We expect to push the Phonograph to the front, and feel now that we can do so, you have accomplished MUCH in the way of simplifing the Instrument, and now have it so any one with ordinary intelligence can operate it. ### Please say to Mr. Batchelor, that I have another "Heathen Chinee" for him, and will forward it this week.
