- Your favor of 27 with copy of letter from Mess. Dyer & Seely has been received. This is the first time that this letter has come before the officers of this Company (except the ex President), upon consultation with Mr. Field it is decided that it is the deisre of this Company that you apply & take out patents in foreign countries for all of your improvemements in Toy Phonographs. This is of more importance as Mr Yeomans is shortly to proceed abroad to dispose of our foreign rights, & will desire to have copies of all patents, or applications for same.
