Replying to your valued favor of the 30th ult., just received this moring, I beg to say that I have in my possession one Certificate of Stock in the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company, made out in the name of Thomas A. Edison, and not endorsed by him, the said Certificate being No. A I459, 14,000 shares, of the face value of $140,000, and dated August 8, 1889. This Certificate not being endoresed, it is of course not transferrable.##I have also in my possession three agreements, dated Auguts 6, 1889, as follows: One between the E.P.T.M'f'g. Co. and Thomas A. Edison. One between the EP. Co. and the E.P.T.M'f'g. Co. One between Thomas A. Edison and the E.P.T.M'f'g. Co.
