I went down to see this plant and although I did not see that the pulley runs particularly out of truth there is a certain something about that pulley that is damn bad especially in comparison with the two fly wheels that are on the Straight Line Engine which run absolutely true. It is not what I call a good job and if anything can be done to fix it up and make that man satisfied I think it ought to be done.
