Dear Sir:-
I beg to advise you that we have three notes which fall due May 19 1892 for $13799.95/100 which settles all the notes which you have out expecting the two large notes for $70,000 and the other for $50000.00/100.
You also owe Mrs. eEdison a 2% dividend on 1900 shares of Edison General Electric Co. Stock which you have belonging to her and dividend on same was due on May 1 1892 of $3800.00/100
I would also like very much to get from you $5000.00/100 to pay off some old account on the Laboratory Books as we have paid no accounts to speak of for a long time as about the only money we have received was the $1200 from the Edison General Elec Co.- which was used about all up for Pay Rolls-
The amount due Mrs. Edison $3800 we should pay in order to enable her to pay the house bill and which she is entitled to. I would like if agreeable to you to have you sign the enclosed letter to Messrs Woerishoffer and Co for
