Oct. 3, 1892. J. Adriance Bush, Esq., No. 10 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sir:- Will you very kindly give me the details of the transaction by which Mr. Edison became possessed by some 3100 shares of the stock of the North Am. Phonograph Company. The agreements etc. are in Major Eaton’s hands and he is in Europe; otherwise I would not trouble you. I want to make an entry on Mr. Edison’s books so as to place the stock on record.
