Oct. 4th, 1892.
A. B. Dick, Esq.,

152- 154 Lake Street, (Personal).
Chicago, Ills.
My dear Dick:-
I am very sorry that I missed seeing you when were last in New York. I was on my way home from the West and crossed you somewhere between New York and Chicago.
I have written you a formal letter in regard to the phonograph business. I suppose your time is fully occupied with your present interests. We were very successful in our attempt at reorganization, but the work is not yet completed. I hope and believe it will be cleaned up before spring and that the next year will see us turn the corner.
Let me know when you are going to be in New York, and with kindest regards believe me
Yours very truly,
