Oct. 11, 1892. J. Adriance Bush, Esq., No. 10 Wall St., New York. Dear Mr. Bush,- The last agreement of the series given me the other day by yourself is dated April 1st, 1890, between Jesse H. Lippincott and T. A. Edison. Will you kindly read this agreement and advise me if my interpretation that the limitations and conditions to which the 6100 shares of stock were subject are extended to January 10th, 1891, is correct. If this so be it would seem that there should be another agreement subsequent to January 10th, 1891. Should such an agreement exist I would like to have a copy. Yours very truly, Private Secretary.
