Oct. 17, 1892 A. O. Tate, Esq., Edison Building, Broad St., New York City. Dear Sir:- I beg to confirm the following message from Mr. Edison which was telephoned to you this morning: “MR. TATE---- Please get me some statistics on phonograph that will help Seligman in London. Be sure they are correct, and specifically get addresses of all commercial houses who have phonographs and who, if written to, would be sure to give good answer. Make it full as possible.
