Oct. 24, 1892 N. Y. Concentrating Works, New York City. Dear Sirs:- I enclose herewith Mr. Insull’s resignation as Director and Vice-President of the New York Concentrating Works. I desire that Mr. A. O. Tate be elected to the Board, as Mr. Insull’s successor, and that Mr. Chas. Batchelor shall be elected Vice-President and General Manager. Yours truly,
