Oct. 24, 1892.
J. Adriance Bush, Esq.,
No. 10 Wall St.,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I beg to call your attention to my letter to you of 4th instant concerning the cancellation of the license given by the North American Phonograph Company to the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company of Boston. I have not yet learned whether formal notice has been served upon the Toy Company in behalf of the N. A. P. Co. cancelling the said license. It is most desirable that this should be done, and I will be glad if you will acquaint me with the fact. On behalf of the Edison Phonograph Works I am conducting negotiations with the Toy Company concerning the settlement of certain litigation in this State and the adjustment of our claim and my hands will be strengthened and the position of the N. A. P. Co. fortified if the notification above referred to has been served.
Yours truly,
Private Sec’y.
