Dear Sir:-  
By direction of Mr. Edison I send to you the enclosed paper relative to “The Continental Phonograph,” sold by E. O. Kumberg, London, England. These were forwarded to Mr. Edison by his London Agent, Mr. Phillip S. Dyer. When you are finished with the papers please return them to this office. 
I also send to you by direction of Mr. Edison the enclosed copy of a statement received from the Columbia Phonograph Company of Washington, D. C.
