Oct. 29, 1892 Dear Mr. Edison:- I enclose herewith a letter for Woerishoffer & Co. which will enable me to complete the transaction after I get to Chicago. Immediately upon my arrival there I will investigate this matter and wire you full particulars. If these are satisfactory, please have this letter sent immediately to Messr.s Woerishoffer & Co., so that we will not have to risk any delay in closing the deal. On Tuesday the interest on the N. A. C. P. Co. bonds will be paid into you, and it amounts to sixty-seven hundred dollars odd. Yours very truly,
