October 29, 1892. Messrs. Woerishoffer & Co., No. 52 Exchange Place, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Will you please instruct your representatives in Chicago to pay over to Mr. A. O. Tate, for my account, the sum of ten thousand dollars (10,000.00), upon Mr. Tate’s delivering to them then hundred and twenty (1020) or more shares of the Chicago Central Phonograph Company, and request them further to forward this stock to me in your care.
