Nov. 2, 1892. Consul General for Italy, New York City. Dear Sir:- I take pleasure in informing you that Mr. Edison will be pleased to extend to the gentlemen mentioned in your esteemed favor of the 31st ultimo the privilege of inspecting his Laboratory. They can come on Friday or Monday afternoon next, whichever day is most convenient. On their arrival at the Laboratory they should inquire for Mr. Kennelly, who will conduct them through the buildings. Yours truly, Private Secretary.
