November 9, 1892. My dear Lombard,- I wired you to-day that Mr. Edison has approved the board of the Chicago Company. I have not yet seen Mr. Bush in regard to settlement with Benson, but wull probably see him to-morrow afternoon. I will advise you as soon as I have communicated with him.
