Nov. 22, 1892. Messrs. Dyer & Seely, No. 36 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Mr. Edison has read your letter of the 18th instant in regard to claims 1 and 2 in his application 929 on Apparatus for taking Photographs for Kinetoscopes, which claims have been rejected by the Examiner. Mr. Edison wishes you to inform him how much it would cost to take an appeal from this decision. Yours truly, Private Secretary.
