Mademoiselle,- Mr. Edison duly received your letter of 15th of October, in which you request permission to dedicate to him a Military March which you have composed. I take much pleasure in informing you that Mr. Edison accords the permission asked for, and he will be very glad to receive from you a copy of the composition when it is published.
