Nov. 29, 1892. Messrs. Dyer & Seely, No. 36 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Mr. Edison has received your letter of the 25th instant, in which you inform him that the cost of an appeal in his application 929 would be $65.00. He now wants to know if this application can’t be “soaked” for a while, so that he may see if there is any money in the device before incurring additional expense. Please advise him on this point, and oblige Yours truly, Private Secretary.
