Dear Sir,
Please see Mr. Edison and say that the “Bulk-Head” in front of his place has a lot of coal on it, and the [illegible word] of “Bulk-Head” I (?) in a [illegible word] condition [illegible words] to gain way at any time, say if I [illegible words] a lighter and have it removed to the [illegible word] at his please, please advise me as soon as convenient as it may give way [illegible words].
