Dear Sir I beg to enclose a copy of a series of analyzed magnetic ore ore from Ferrothill property in Orange Co N.Y. The location of this property on the Lehigh + Hudson Rover Bay n Warwick is especially good. The property is extensive and I think offers an exceptional opportunity for a concentrating plant. A good water power is available on the property. You will possibly remember that you concentrated some of this ore at Orange two or three years ago. The property is not for sale but will be leased.
