Dear Sir,
Being over in Europe during the past year it became necessary for me to telegraph to this country some half dozen times only two of my messages were sent correctly ( which seems to me to be very strange) I have thought of a way by which you can simplify the entire matter. You are I know much annoyed by crawls and between but 5 minutes with elucidate the subject.
If you will make an appointment to see me or send me one of your confidential agents I will communicate my idea. I am impelled to write this letter from reading an item in the papers where there is another news laboring in the same field of re--? My being in Europe was in relation to patents on Air Materializes but my experience in Telegraphic messages led me to the idea referred to. I have called at your laboratory twice but you not being there I had to come away my time being limited makes me ask for you to make an appointment.
Respectfully Yours-
John r Hargin,
If you send an agent please that he has your authority in writing is that I might know he has to be treated. J.R.H.
