New York, July 18th 1892.
S.F. Moriarty:-
London, England.
My dear Mr. Moriarty:-
I have just learned that Professor R.L. Garner sailed on S. S. Arizona July 9th, and not on the Mohawk as I wrote you, should you wish to find him, Mr. Stanley will be able no doubt to tell you where he is stopping, as he anticipated getting a letter of introduction from him to the African Chief.
Yours Very Truly,
[Signed: George N. Morison]
Secretary.
Marginalia: This change of steamer] may have been made by him for a reason
