Dear Sir:-
Re Toy Phono. Co.’s suit.
It is very important for me to take the statements and examine preliminarily the persons whom I shall desire to call as witnesses in the trail of the Toy suits. Will you name the earliest day when you can meet Mr. Stevenson and myself and go fully into the facts relating to the transaction between the Works and the Toy Co., this week if possible?
