Boston, Mass. Oct. 28, 1892.
Mr. A.O Tate,
C/o North American Phonograph Co.,
Edison Building, Broad St.,
New York,
Dear Sir:-
I expected an answer from you before this on the proposition for a settlement and new deal with the Edison Interests regarding the phonograph-toy business, and as I am very anxious to commence operations on one or the other of the lines I mentioned to you, I beg you will communicate your decision at the earliest possible time.
Very truly yours
