Dear Sir:
Referring to your favor of the 16th inst., we beg to say that we will have copies made of all contracts that we know of between the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company, Thomas A. Edison and the Edison Phonograph Works, together with copies of the notices mentioned by you, and forward the same to you as soon as possible.
