Letterhead: Eaton & Lewis Law Offices 44 Broad Street [Edison Building] New York, Dec. 20, 1892. A.O. Tate, Esq., Private Secretary, Edison’s Laboratory, Orange, New Jersey. Dear Sir: Referring to your favor of the 16th inst., we beg to say that we will have copies made of all contracts that we know of between the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company, Thomas A.
