Dear Mr. Tate:-
There is to be no charge to Mr. Edison, no expense whatsoever to him. As to whether Mr. Edison or the General Co. has title, is a question for Mr. Insull to decide, and he says he will talk it over with me at an early day. After that I shall write you as to who is to be the owner of the volumes. But be that as it may, Mr. Edison is to be at no expense.
Very truly yours,
E. B. Eaton per C.
