Editor's Notes
11-6062. since we received your last letter statting that you and Thomas expected to go abroad in August I have been think of joining you and go with you. I write to see if you and Thomas will be willing to have me in your party. Of Course I expect to pay my own way. I have been wanting to get away from Akron for two or three months for some time. If I can go with you I think the time and money will not be throwne away. Off course Mr. Edison will be received every where, but I can not expect to to go with him every where, but there will be lots of places I can go, that is just what I want. I do not know when there will be another chance like this. Not if you both are willing that I should go with you please lit me know. It is all right at home as I can get away from the office. I would like to be but there on the thirtieth, but would rather go abroad. George Vincent is to be married now. I will tell you more about it another time as I do not know much myself. Will hoping you all are will, I remain, Your Aff Brother, lew Miller P.S--Remember me to Madeliene
