Bliss assigns to Western Electric contract with Puskas of 12/17/77 relating to sale of telephones and phonos in foreign countries and patents on same; a supplemental contract of that date to be held as collateral security ofr the payment of seven promissory notes dated 14 may 1879 (six for $1000 each, payable one each year for six years and the seventh $1100 payable in seven years, payable to the Company at the rate of 6% per year interest); empowers said compay to collect and receive all proceeds, profits and moneys, due or to grwo due to Edison under either contract until notes are paid; TAE consents to transfer of these contracts by Bliss and bliss receives 25 shares Edison Speaking Telephone Co Ltd as full payment of his share in the proceeds of the sale of Edison telephone patents on Continent of Europe, France excepted
