TAE and Gouraud agree to pay Johnson salary of $500 per month, 5% of royalties for Edison telephone in Great Britain, pay extraordinary expenses of Johnson of business such as passage from New York to London, railay and other travelling expenses; advance Johnson on account of salary $500 withing three days to secure passage for members of his family to be repaid at $100 per month; salary to commence when Johnson reaches England and 5% from date of this agreement except for first district which already disposed of and excluded; contract for a year for Johnson's services in introducing TAE telephone in Great Britain
