Contract in which TAE makes Moore, of London, his agent to sell and license the phonoplex to the British government to use on lines throughout the UK; for introduction of phonoplex in UK the contracting parties will put up a some of 400 pounds sterling--2/3rds by TAE; 1/3 by Moore; Moore, as agent and attorney to receive 1/3 of royalties--which are authorized at 17% under the terms of the license.
