On the 9th of August I confirmed my cablegram of sam date formally notifying you, in compliance with our agreement, that I would be ready to supply you with machines in any quantity you might name, commencing on the first day of the present month.##I have received your last cablegram stating that you depend upon my judgment to regulate the daily output of the fatory on your behalf.##The five machines per diem which I ordered for your account will be furnished you until I am able to increase the number to twenty in accordance with my cablegram of yesterday.##Please send me instructions as to how I hall make shipments to you. I would suggest that you use a special order form by which to control your supply, as you will doubtless require phonographs to be sent direct from here to different places, and an established system will prevent confusion.##Also please arrange with your bankers in New York for payments to be made me on shipments for your account against bills of [lading?]
