- Title
- [HM89ACF], Agreement, Australasian Electric Light Power and Storage Co, Thomas Alva Edison, 1889
- Editor's Notes
- [Apparently a draft], Edison agrees to indenture to the Australasian Electric Light Power & Storage Co., a long list of patents, registrations, and exclusive privileges respecting the application of Electricity or magnetism as a lighting heating or motives agent, to be used on railways, tramways and common roads, in India, Ceylon, South Africa, and Australia, along with improvements made by Edison before June 12th 1887. Apparently, these patents were already the property of the Australian Co, but were not assigned to them. There are certain limits to the rights of the Australian Co in ther territory of the government of the Cape of Good Hope.
