Summary: Power of attorney re: the Toy Manufacturing Co. Edison constitutes Samuel Insull his power of attorney on his behalf for two contracts between himself ande the Edison Toy Manufacturing Co. In one of the agreements Edison grants the Toy Co exclusive license for all time and all countries except the USA, to manufacture and sell and grant licenses under letters patent No.200 and 521 for improvements in phonographs or speaking machines and for all future machines related thereto that may be adapted for use for dolls or toy figures. In the other, the Toy Co grants Edison the exclusive license for all parts of the world including the US and Canada to manufacture all of the above, subject to certain conditions.
