Summary: Undersigned stockholders of Messrs. Bergmann & Co agree to accept the terms above mentioned for their respective holdings and to deposit them for the purpose of payment of cash and of exchange of securities of the Edison General Electric Company in the ahdns fo S.B eaton, Trustee, provided a majority of the stock of the Edison Electric Light Company and a majority of the stocks of the manufacturing companies shall have agreed to enter into the arrangement as explained.
