Serrell writes me that the Nicholson case comes on over & that my testimony will be taken Nov 26. He says "I have endeavored to get a copy of your evidence in the A&P v W.U. but have not been able. Mr Reiff no doubt can no doubt obtain a copy for you. Will you send to him and then study over your evidence so as to give your testimony." Can you send me the evidence by express or otherwise.
