- Your favor of the 29th ult was duly rec'd. I have an Electric R.R. 3/4 of a mile in length which was in operation here for several months--carried 40 passengers at the rate of 42 miles per hour. I do not expect to commence work again on the R.R. until warm weather. I have no agents or parties authorized to trade or negotiate for me.
