I do not want to as so doiing will seriously interfere with my business##The suit refers to some promisory note given by Gilliland & Co I enclose you copies of correspondence in the matter. I have never [been] a partner in the firm of Gilliland & Co and am in no way responsible for their financial obligations##I hold a mortgage from them but that can in no way make me responsible for their note
